About TDR

The process of building technology skills of an organization involves much more than simply installing the newest, trendiest technologies. Technology Design Resources (TDR) understands the complexity of the technical and operational issues facing designers and the expectations that they must deliver and meet. Our highly qualified consultants help clients conceive, develop, and implement expansive technology-based solutions.

Technologies represent just a small part of the total “Intelligent Network” concept that is developed through the design, planning, specification, and administration services furnished by our consulting specialists. TDR designs enhance human interactivity taking into account the human factor considerations, as well as any hardware/software requirements. Our services are differentiated by the scope and quality of service. Design firms speak of various networked technology platforms such as voice, data, imaging, video and XML; few have the true ability to support organizations taking action on the integration and application of these emerging technologies. TDR maintains quality resources to support all of these technology requirements via one consulting group.

Principals Donald M. Bailey and Darrell O’Busek, two leaders in the industry, established Technology Design Resources in 2000 in order to restore the personalized and technical savvy required by our clients. We hire and maintain RCDD, XML, telecommunications, and data consulting specialists on staff to help round out and support our service team offerings.

The single most important component of a successful technology strategy is people, and TDR remains deeply committed to offering organizations real and cost effective solutions. Our planning and management consulting experts not only understand emerging technologies, but also the ways in which these tools can simplify or add value to the tasks that make up a daily work routine. Further the goal of TDR planning and management consultants is to become an active partner with the client, jointly solving problems, understanding the inter-relationships of these commutative technologies.
