TDR working with Federal Engineering Inc. developed a stratigic document determining the future course for the State of Montana METNET network. An enterprise-wide assessment of requirements was undertaken going beyond imediate State needs including potential applications at the county and municipal levels. TDR researched new technologies, growing user needs,support issues,and a detailed ROI.
