TDR is helping the Washington Ballet with technology in the new THE ARC (Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus) in Anacostia.

This modern unique facility will support two Washington Ballet studios, dressing rooms, offices, and a 350-seat theater auditorium. The facility is due to open in the winter of 2005. 

The Washington School of Ballet, under the watchful eye of Mary Day, has trained over 10,000 students since its founding in 1944 by Mary Day and Lisa Gardner. Students of all ages attend, starting with Pre-ballet for children aged 6 through adult classes. For future professional dancers, graded classes are offered in classical technique, pointe, modern, adagio, pas de deux and a boys class. The school is noted nationally and internationally for its excellent classical training, of some of the world's finest dancers
