TDR contractred by the Peace Corps for the following phased project requirements:
Phase-1
Project Kickoff Meeting: Face to face meetings to better understand and set the expectations and requirements of the Corps.
Site Inspection: An in-depth study and documentation of existing conditions and equipment with an overall system recommendations evaluation.
Phase-2
Block Diagram Development: Develop system diagrams outlining system functions and use of existing equipment.
Budget: Develop and present a budget to the Peace Corps for the project. Refine and modify all documentation to meet budget findings.
Develop Bidding Specification Document: Based on budget and system drawings develop a bid to be released to qualified bidders for project implementation.
Phase-3
Construction Administration: Work with the Corps to determine the best qualified contractor for implementation of system. Monitor the contractor through the installation process making (2) two site visits to validate correctness of system. Provide system testing and acceptance evaluation to insure all design parameters have been achieved
